From Fixing to Feeling: A Codependency Recovery Group

Are you constantly pouring from an empty cup? If your relationships are defined by people-pleasing, chronic caretaking, and a quiet but growing resentment, it is time to shift the focus back to you.

This active, skills-based group is designed for those who subconsciously use "helping" to manage anxiety or secure love. In this live virtual setting, we will practice the exact mechanics of detaching with love, dropping the martyr complex, and setting firm boundaries without apologizing. Reclaim your identity outside of what you do for others, and learn to tolerate the discomfort of letting people manage their own lives.

Hosted Virtually on Mondays from 6:35pm - 8:00pm

Together, we focus on actionable ways to build and trust your chosen family, establish healthy relationship pacing, and heal from systemic invalidation.
